Faculty can receive individualized support from ITS educational technologists during Blackboard Drop-in. These sessions are designed to be brief, providing an opportunity for faculty to receive one-on-one help with Blackboard questions.

There are special sessions for using Blackboard's Grade Center and general sessions that may cover topics such as backing up course materials, using the Assignment Tool, working with multimedia, and linking to online resources from Blackboard.
