Graduation Application/Matriculation Fee
The graduation application fee is collected before the graduation ceremony.
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduates will be billed graduation fees to their student account after reaching 90 credit hours, except for ABSN students, who will be billed after 35 credit hours.
Graduate Students
For students graduating in May or August 2010: Graduate students will pay at the time they submit their application. Graduate students will be charged the graduation application fee once per degree application (except students from the School of Law). Dual degree students will be charged for each degree application. The individual schools accepting the applications will be responsible for accepting the check with the application (then submitting a departmental deposit) or for directing students to the Bursar's Office for payment. The Office of the Bursar cashiers will provide the student with a stamped application and receipt.
For students graduating December 2010 or later: Graduate students will be charged a Matriculation Fee to their student accounts. Visit our Matriculation Fee page for more information.
