SUMMER INSTITUTE
This conference is designed for department chairs, division leaders, assistant principals for academics, and academic deans; especially beneficial for school teams consisting of several chairs and administrators repsonsible for academics.
This institute aims to deepen the knowledge base and skill set needed for department chairs to function effectively as learning leaders within their schools, supporting school mission and student achievement. Sessions will bring theory and research-based best practices, and will include samples, templates, self-assessment and planning tools; hands-on activities and collaborative problem-solving.
