If your TOEFL or IELTS score does not meet our minimum requirement for admission, or if you have been admitted and wish to improve your English language skills, we invite you to consider Loyola University Chicago's English as a Second Language (ESL) Program.
Loyola's ESL Program offers a rigorous, intensive curriculum for people who are serious about learning English. Our ESL Program is ideal for non-native speakers of English preparing for university study in the U.S.
Students receive support from experienced language instructors and enhance their English language skills as a result of superior training and hands-on learning opportunities.
