David Marx, Jr.
Biography
David Marx, Jr. is a partner in the Litigation Department of McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago. He served as a senior trial attorney with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission before joining the private law firm. He is a past chair of the Antitrust Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and the current chair of the Antitrust Law Committee of the American Health Lawyers Association. He is the co-author of a book, Antitrust and Healthcare: Meeting the Challenge.
