Loyola Companions are peer ministers whose mission is to build community on our campus through leadership in faith and service in a variety of opportunities: welcoming new students, offering hospitality, leading weekly community service, immersion trips, retreats, supporting Ministry programs, reflecting and praying together, and having fun while making new friends.

Reach out to sophomore and transfer students and accompany them through their unique experiences of life and faith at Loyola as a Sophomore companion.
Build connections for upper class students as they journey through Loyola and seek to connect with their peers and the larger Chicago Community
Build community through hospitality, spiritual growth and social outreach at the Water Tower campus as a Baumhart companion.
Help grow and nourish the faith of the entire Loyola community as a Faith Formation companion.
Make a deep commitment to the issue of homelessness by leading a weekly group through the streets of Chicago as a Labre Companion.
