   Our Mission Statement

In carrying out Loyola's Mission, Campus Ministry seeks to develop students who:

  • Nurture and celebrate their faith
  • Build a hospitable community
  • Listen for and live out their callings
  • Be of service and work for justice
  • Provide leadership for church and society

Campus Ministry is committed to the development of the whole person through the service of faith and the promotion of justice. Campus Ministry provides opportunities for students to discern their gifts and talents in light of God's calling. Through liturgy and worship, service to others, retreats and spiritual formation, students are formed by the Ignatian charism of doing all things for the greater glory of God and the good of all. Campus Ministry invites all students, staff and faculty to actively collaborate in the integration of faith, learning, and action.

Lake Shore Campus Ministry

We have moved! Campus Ministry's main office is now located in the lower level of Centennial Forum Student Union in the Center for Student Formation. Please come by between business hours to learn about our programs and services, drop off applications and payments, and make appointments to see Chaplains. All are welcome to drop by and say hello, grab a piece of candy and a cup of tea.

We also have offices located in the lobby of the Simpson Living Learning Center and the Rambler Room. These offices are staffed with Chaplains who help serve the needs of our students living in the residence halls. All are welcome to stop by to visit, learn about our programs, and receive personal support.
