To apply for an employee parking permit for a Lake Shore Campus lot, please complete the LSC employee application.

Returning Parkers

To start or stop payroll deductions for parking, please fill out the appropriate form:

• START Payroll Deductions
• STOP Payroll Deductions Your deductions will continue at the current rate until you fill out this form. No refunds are issued for failure to fill out this form.

**You must pick up your permit in the Parking Office.  Permit must be displayed at all times.**

Please note - parking 24/7 is NOT allowed with an Employee permit.
