A Letter from Bill Hank and Nancy Knowles

Dear Alumni and Friends,

We are delighted to have this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you as the chairs of Partner: The Campaign for the Future of Loyola. We and the other members of the Campaign Leadership Committee are honored that Father Garanzini is entrusting us with leading this important charge to advance the University and the Health System.

We believe deeply in the mission of Loyola, and we believe that together with your help, we can achieve great things. We, like many of you, have our own Loyola story to tell--how Loyola touched us, how it still is such an important part of our lives today, and why we are so invested in making sure this campaign succeeds.

Like Loyola, we value freedom of inquiry, the pursuit of truth, and the desire to care for others. Our Jesuit, Catholic heritage compels us to make a difference in the world. It is a legacy that is proudly celebrated at Loyola and a compass that guides the daily activities at the University and the Health System.

By partnering with Loyola in this campaign, you will invest in the future of this great University. Loyola is on the move, and we invite you to join us on this journey that was begun hundreds of years ago by a few dedicated followers of Ignatius Loyola. That effort continues today with the Campaign for the Future of Loyola.  Anchored by our Jesuit, Catholic heritage, our goals for Loyola's future are appropriately ambitious.
