Online Learning
Online learning is a great option for busy, adult students. In order to make our programs even more convenient and feasible, SCPS is offering courses in an online format. These courses provide the same, high quality content and are taught by the same, high quality faculty as other SCPS courses. The range of online courses available to SCPS students is increasing and will continue to grow in the coming years.
Starting in Spring II 2013, SCPS will offer a fully online option for the BA in Applied Studies and the BA in Management programs. Students will have the choice of the fully online option, the fully on-campus option, or some combination of the two.
Starting in Summer 2013, SCPS will offer a fully online option for the Certificate in Organizational Development and Leadership. Students will have the choice of the fully online option, the fully on-campus option, or some combination of the two.
An orientation to online learning is offered twice a year in August and December (prior to the Fall and Spring semesters) to SCPS students who are enrolled, planning to enroll, or interested in learning more about online classes. This virtual orientation is led by Jeanne Widen, Faculty Director of Online Education at SCPS. Dates for the orientation will be posted on this website.
If you are interested in studying online or would like more information about our online courses and programs, please contact Jeanne Widen at jwiden@luc.edu
