Register a Group!
There are many ways to register a group!
Non-Loyola Organization, Business or Group
If you are a Non-Loyola organization and would like to register a team, you can do one of two things. You can print a registration forms and have every member of the team complete and sign a registration form. Then bundle all registration forms together and include one check to cover the registration costs. Send all the registration forms and payment to:

If your organization is not paying with one check, participants may register online on the home page. Make sure the participants type the team name in the blank provided.
Loyola University Organizations, Departments or Groups
If you department/group is interested in signing up as a team, all participants need to complete a registration form. A budget transfer can be arranged by contacting April Boulter at aboulte@luc.edu. If you are not paying with a budget transfer, participants need to have all registration forms bundled together, with payment and sent to: April Boulter, Halas Sports Center. Individuals may also register online to pay with a credit card. Be sure the team name is filled in, or the team will not get credit for the participant.

GROUP INFO:
If participants register as a group, with a team name, they are eligible for one of two prizes: Best Group Costume and Largest Number! The Best Group Costume is a way to make your group stand out from all the rest! The Best Group Costume will be judged on originality and creativity by the Loyola AIDS Walk Committee. The Largest Group Award will go to the group that has the most number of registrants. Each participant has to identify the team they will be walking with on the registration form (either online or paper). Participants will not be allowed to designate a group on the day of the walk. Be sure to get your group name established before registering!
The winning team, for both categories, will receive a delivered pizza lunch/dinner.
