Annals of Health Law

Advance Directive
In 2008, Annals launched an online component, Advance Directive. An advance directive is a legal document indicating an individual's preferences for future health care. Similarly, the mission of Advance Directive, the online counterpart of Annals of Health Law, is to create a forum whereby anyone from doctors to judges, academic scholars to patients, can present ideas and vision about current issues in the complex field of health law. Individuals can initiate discourse by publishing a short article or presenting views via Dialogue, a blog maintained by Advance Directive that encourages comments and feedback by other members of the vast health law community.
