Unhiding a Grade Center Column
1. In the Grade Center, click on Manage.
2. Click on the chevron icon
to the right of Manage and choose Organize Grade Center from the drop down menu.
3. Once in the Organize Grade Center page you will see that the items you have hidden are light gray in color and have the (Hidden) notation beside them. In the example below, Assignment 1 is hidden.
4. Click in the check box beside the items(s) you want to unhide.
5. Navigate to the top of the Organize Grade Center page and locate the Show/Hide button. Click on the chevron icon
to the right of this button to open the drop down menu and click on the Show Selected Columns choice.
6. Click on Submit.
NOTE: If you forget to Submit your changes in the Organize Grade Center page and proceed to click on the Control Panel you will receive the message, "There is an uncommitted layout change. Save this change?" Click the Yes button to make the changes. This message is not standard for breadcrumb trail clicks. If you click on the Grade Center in the breadcrumb trail without first clicking on Submit you won’t get this warning message. You will be taken back to the Grade Center and your change(s) will not be saved.
