Graduation Application Fee
The graduation application fee is collected before the graduation ceremony. Undergraduates will be billed after they have reached 90 credit hours. Graduate students will pay at the time they submit their application.
Graduate students will be charged once per degree application. The individual schools accepting the applications will be responsible for accepting the check with the application (then submitting a departmental deposit) or for directing students to the Bursar's Office for payment. The Office of the Bursar cashier's office will provide the student with a stamped application and receipt.
