For your convenience, Loyola University Chicago offers the following ways to pay your tuition:
E-Check Payments
E-Check payments can be made through LOCUS at www.luc.edu/locus for no additional fee. With E-Check, you can debit your checking or savings account directly 24 hours a day/7 days a week. In the event that the electronic payment is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds (NSF), account closed, cannot locate bank account, stop payment or invalid account number, a $40.00 return fee will be added to the student account in addition to the balance of the attempted payment. Please note that any payments made by personal check may be held for up to 14 business days before officially clearing the account of any holds or debts.
Mail Payments
Checks or money orders can be mailed to the Loyola University Chicago lockbox. Please note that any payments made by personal check may be held for up to 14 business days before officially clearing the account of any holds or debts. To ensure accuracy in posting the payment to the appropriate account, please make sure to enclose the payment coupon found with your e-Bill and include the student's name and ID number on the check. The check must be made payable to Loyola University Chicago. All checks or money orders to should be sent to:

Returned Check Fees
A returned check fee of $40 will be assessed for dishonored checks, including electronic payments.
Credit Card Payments (TouchNet Pay Path)
Credit Card payments are offered for your convenience using the TouchNet PayPath Tuition Payment Service through LOCUS. The TouchNet PayPath Service accepts American Express, Discover and MasterCard. A non-refundable 2.75% (minimum $3.00) service fee is charged and retained by TouchNet for the use of this service. To make your payment online, log on to LOCUS.
In Person
Check and cash payments can be made at both Office of the Bursar locations (Lake Shore and Water Tower Campuses). Checks must be made payable to Loyola University Chicago. Please note that any payments made by personal check may be held for up to 14 business days before officially clearing the account of any holds or debts. Credit card payments are not accepted at either location, but may be made online at www.luc.edu/locus.

Payment Plans (Tuition Management Systems)
Tuition Management Systems (TMS) is the Loyola University Chicago payment plan provider. TMS offers both Annual Payment Plan and Term Payment Plan options. To ensure that your account is properly credited once a payment plan is established with TMS, payments must be made payable and sent directly to Tuition Management Systems. The Office of the Bursar cannot accept payments for students enrolled in a payment plan. Click here for more details.
