Spaces in the new Damen Student Center that will be reservable via 25Live will be accessible beginning 4/10 (for Fall 2013 requests). Student Organizations will have priority for the first two weeks of booking; Faculty/Staff requests will be processed beginning 4/24.

 

Campus Reservations is proud to announce the university wide launch of 25Live, our new web-based scheduling software!

We encourage you to explore 25Live at your leisure-- check out the 25Live Help Link in the Troubleshooting section below for frequently asked questions, a link to our Training Manual, a link to our Training Videos, and more!

 

Room Setup is now included in the body of your reservation request! If you will need to make modifications to your room setup, or need to add setup to an old reservation, simply email us at campus-reservations@luc.edu.

Academic space requests for the Summer 2013 term may be submitted at any time, but will be added to our Academic Waiting List until classes have been scheduled. If you have an event occurring during the first few weeks of the semester, we strongly recommend requesting a non-academic space instead.
