2. Room SetUp
Step 2 in the room reservation process is filling out your Room Setup form.
In 25Live, room setup is a field within your reservation.
If you need to make changes to the setup you submitted with your reservation, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reference number and the changed setup description.
All room setup changes must be sent 3 business days in advance, otherwise your room will come as you originally requested it (or "as is" if we have no setup information).
If you have questions or concerns regarding your setup:

If your event requires a very elaborate setup that is difficult to communicate in text, we recommend drawing out a diagram and emailing it to Campus Reservations and the LSC or WTC contacts listed above.
If you will be requiring a stage for your event, please note this in the Room Setup Field of 25Live. Staging requests will be honored at the discretion of Campus Facilities, and will require 4 hours of setup and takedown time. Stages cannot be built in Simpson MPR, COFF McCormick Lounge, or the IC 4th Floor.
Requests Without Setup
If you have a reservation without setup, you can email us your setup description. Be sure to include your reference number in this email. We will no longer be sending setup reminder emails, so be sure to review all upcoming reservations to make sure your setup description has been submitted.
