IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE AV CAPABILITIES OF A SPECIFIC ROOM, PLEASE CHECK OUR ROOM INVENTORY.
IF YOU NEED EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE ROOM: You will need to contact an outside vendor or Conference Services to rent equipment.
IF YOUR AV EQUIPMENT IS MISSING or NOT WORKING PROPERLY: ITRS can assist you. Please call 4-4444 for support. Support Center office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with limited hours on Saturdays.
The Equipment Loan Program:
If you need to rent equipment not provided in a room, you can do so through the Equipment Loan Program Reservation System (https://myits.luc.edu/reservations). The number of items per category (e.g. microphones) that you are able to check out may be limited to ensure that equipment is available to the university community.
