Report a Problem
If you experience any emergency or non-emergency difficulties with your ID card, please feel free to visit the Campus Card Office, call us, email us at campuscard@luc.edu or submit an online request.
Lost or Stolen Card
If a student or employee loses or misplaces their ID card, please suspend the usage of that card at the Online Card Office or by contacting the Campus Card Office immediately. If the card is found, the individual may contact or visit the Campus Card Office for reactivation. If the card is not found, please visit the Campus Card Office for a replacement ID. The cost of a replacement ID is $25.00.
