Report a Problem
If you experience any emergency or non-emergency difficulties with your campus card, please contact the Campus Card Office by phone, email (campuscard@luc.edu or submit an online request), or in person.
DEACTIVATE/REACTIVATE A CARD
If a student or employee loses or misplaces their campus card, please suspend the usage of that card at the Online Card Office or by contacting the Campus Card Office immediately. If the card is found, the individual may reactivate the card at the Online Card Office or by contacting the Campus Card Office.
If the card is not found, please visit the Campus Card Office for a replacement campus card.
REPLACEMENT CARD FEE
The cost of a replacement Campus Card is $25.00. Visit the Campus Card Office for a replacement card.
