SPRING 2012 Non-Resident Meal Plan Request Form

This form is designed for non-resident students who are interested in having a meal plan to use at on-campus facilities.  Students not living on-campus must submit a request each term he/she wishes to have a meal plan. Please visit our website to learn more about the meal plan options.

*Note: Board Meal Plans will not be activated for use until the following Monday morning (if submitted on Friday, please allow an additional week)
