This form is for first year residents of the following halls: BVM, Campion, Mertz, Regis and Simpson, who have already submitted housing contracts and would like to change a previously requested meal plan.

*Note: Board Meal Plans will not be activated for use until the following Monday morning (if submitted on Friday, please allow an additional week).
