Taizé Prayer

Every Wednesday during the fall and spring semesters at 9:30 p.m. in Madonna della Strada Chapel.

Taizé Prayer is filled with song, scripture and silent meditation. It is based on the Liturgy of the Hours evening prayer and is modeled on the style as practiced in the Taizé Community in France. The sanctuary is candlelit the music is repetitive and chant-like. Those who attend regularly find a profound peace and tranquility in this style of prayer.

For more information and to participate musically, contact Steven Betancourt, Director of Music.

You may also visit the website for the Taizé Community.

For those attending the Spring Pilgrimage, visit the payment page here.
