The Fitness/Wellness program at Halas Sports Center strives to provide a diverse selection of quality recreational activities for individuals to pursue fitness, wellness, and leisure opportunities which enhance their personal development and establish habits for a healthy lifestyle.
FITNESS CENTER
The lower level of Halas Sports consists of two cardio rooms complete with flat screen televisions and Cardio Theatre capabilities. A vareity of equipment is offered including treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and stretchers.
To utilize the Cardio Theatre entertainment options, simply bring your own headphones.

Halas Sports Center offers a variety of Group Fitness Classes. All Group Fitness Classes (except for Spin!) are located on the lower level in the Dance Studio. Spin! is located on the main level. For a complete schedule and class descriptions, please click here.
Inside Halas Sports Center is a 25- Foot lap pool. The Halas Pool is can be accessed through the locker rooms on the Main Level. For more information on Aquatic Programming or employment as a Halas Sports Center Lifeguard or Swim Instructor, please click here.
