Special Events Policy 

- Any group of 5 or more people is considered a group and will need to complete a ‌Rock Wall Facility Request Application (PDF) and return it to Patrick Croke at pcroke@luc.edu to make reservations to climb the Halas Rock Wall.  Currently, the only reservations that will be accepted are LUC affiliated groups.

- The Rock Wall will be available for Special Event reservations on Friday nights from 8 p.m. – 12 p.m. and on Saturday mornings from 9 am – 1 pm.  

- The cost per hour is $50.  This fee will cover all staff and equipment needed to host up to 25 climbers; if the group has more than 25 climbers, the group will need to create a cycle for participants to all get a chance to climb.
