Updates

June 19, 2009: The Rambler Professional Network is now open. Alumni may register with the network as Professional Contacts to help current Loyola students with career and job advice. Current students - give this feature a few weeks for alumni to register with it. An additional feature is that not only can Professional Contacts help current students, they may also network with each other.

June 4, 2009: Current Loyola students and May 2009 grads now must use their Loyola username and Loyola passwords to login to RamblerLink. The live connection between RamblerLink and LOCUS is now working. This means if you change your password in LOCUS, the new password must be used to login into RamberLink. Alumni continue to use their selected usernames and passwords.

June 1, 2009: RamblerLink core features are now active for Students, Alumni and Employers. Login and complete your profile, upload your documents, and explore the system.

May 2009: Download All of eRecruiting Documents None of your documents in eRecruiting - Resumes, Cover Letters, Writing Samples, etc. - will transfer from eRecruiting to RamblerLink. Be sure you have copies of these documents saved in another location or download them from eRecruiting before June 1. You will be able to upload your documents into RamblerLink on or after June 1st.

  1. Login to your eRecruiting account
  2. Select Resumes from the dropdown menu under Documents on the top gray navigation bar
  3. Select your resume (or one of your resumes) to open it
  4. Select File and then Save As to save it to your computer hard drive, CD or flash (thumb) drive.

Repeat these steps for all of your resumes; then select Cover Letters from the Documents dropdown menu, and download all of them.

Here's a tip: why not have your resumes and other documents critiqued by a career advisor before you upload them into RamblerLink!

Active Job Seekers - Check both your eRecruiting Applications tab list of positions you've applied to through eRecruiting and your Favorite Jobs folders. Write down details about all positions that you have applied for recently.  Consider printing the job listings out - so you'll have all of the details to follow up on your application or prepare for an interview.
