Use RamblerLink to keep your company and contact information current, manage your own positions (full-time and part-time jobs, internships, on- and Community Service FWS jobs, volunteer opportunities, etc.), register for job fairs and manage your on-campus recruiting schedules.


Job & Internship Fairs

We sponsor and co-sponsor a variety of job and internship fairs each year. Employers may view and register for career fairs online from links to fairs listed on the Upcoming Career Fairs page or from their RamblerLink account.


Job & Internship Postings

There is no charge to post and manage your own job, internship and volunteers opportunities in our RamberLink system. Please review our Recruitment Policies before posting positions.

If you wish to post childcare/domestic care positions, we will also be happy to post them for you; just e-mail them to: careercenter@luc.edu.


On-Campus Recruitment (OCR)

Employers use our On-Campus Recruitment (OCR) program to locate graduating seniors or students seeking internships. Our Fall recruiting season begins in early October and continues through mid-November. Recruiting for Spring begins in early February and continues through mid-April.

Most interviews take place at the Lake Shore Campus in Rogers Park at the Sullivan Center for Student Services, 6339 N. Sheridan

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The Career Development Center reserves the right to terminate from or refuse the participation of any organization in our recruiting activities, RamblerLink system, or website links. Reasons may include misrepresentation by providing dishonest information or absence of information, or complaints by students/alumni. In addition, the Career Development Staff and Loyola administration reserve the right to remove organizations or job postings that are not a good fit with the Jesuit mission and/or provide any risk to a student's personal or financial well-being.

Job fairs are valuable networking and job search tools. They allow you to research a career and network with a variety of employers. This first meeting can lead to an invitation to interview for an internship or position. To make a good first impression, come prepared.

The Job, Internship & Service Fair will give Loyola students of all grade levels and majors an opportunity to explore a variety of opportunities both on and off campus. The fair participants are a consortium of community organizations, employers, and Loyola University Departments. We anticipate hosting a wide variety of organizations from the non-profit and for-profit sectors.  Employers attending this event will find students seeking:

Loyola Science Week Information Fair

The purpose of this information fair is to educate students about the extensive career fields and opportunities that exist in the various science and technology disciplines as well as related graduate school programs.  It offers a chance to help students learn about options they might not have previously considered in an informal setting, while bringing attention to your organization.  Students attending the Information Fair will be majoring in the areas of Physical Science (Chemistry, Physics), Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics & Statistics, Life Science (Biology, Natural Science, Environmental Science) and Pre-Health.

Do not miss this excellent opportunity to meet some of the best and most qualified candidates in the field of Communication.  Students will be interested in hearing about internship and full-time position opportunities.  However, current openings are not required to attend this event.

Spring 2014 University Career Fair

At this campus-wide fair, participants are students of all majors, undergraduate and graduate students, who are seeking full-time and summer and fall internship opportunities.  Employers will meet exceptional students from Loyola as well as students from neighboring Chicago universities.  The annual Spring University Fair has been the largest full-time and internship fair held at Loyola.

Spring 2014 Nursing Fair

The Spring 2014 Nursing Career Fair brings together health care employers and prospective nursing employees.  As a participant at the fair, employers will reach hundreds of students, including those graduating from Loyola's Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, as well as other local universities and colleges.

2014 School of Social Work Career Fair

This event is for organizations seeking to employ students and alumni from the Social Work discipline.  Representatives will be recruiting for full time, internship and volunteer opportunities.  The fair is open to all SSW students (both BSW and MSW’s), but those who finished in December 2013, who are graduating in May 2014 are especially encouraged to participate.
