On-Campus Recruiting

Are you looking for undergraduate/graduate students or recent alumni seeking job, internship and volunteer opportunities? Participating in Loyola University’s On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Program, Information Sessions or Information Tables is a great way for employers to recruit and conduct interviews in their respective fields at both the Lake Shore and Water Tower Campus.

Our fall recruiting season begins in early September and continues through mid-November. Recruiting in the spring begins in late January and continues through mid-April. There are no fees to participate, but employers must have an approved RamblerLink account. Due to the amount of preparation involved, requests for on-campus recruiting and information sessions must be made at least three weeks before the requested date.

Requesting OCR/Information Session

On-Campus Recruiting and Information Sessions are offered to employers who are interested in connecting with Loyola students to recruit for full-time job and internship opportunities. An information session can be linked to your on-campus recruiting date, or you can schedule a session separately. If you would like to set up OCR, an Information Session or would like more information about the program, please contact Marty Gahbauer, Associate Director/Employer Relations & Outreach, at mgahbauer@luc.edu or 773.508.2895.

Requesting an Information Table

Information Tables are another option for employers who are interested in recruiting for part-time, full-time job, volunteer and internship opportunities. If you would like to set up an information table at Loyola, please complete the following form to reserve your space. Tables are located in various locations on both the Lake Shore and Water Tower campus. Space and time availability is limited, so reserve your space early. Please see below for the following regulations regarding table reservations.

  • Table reservations must be requested no fewer than 15 business days prior to the date you hope to receive an assignment.
  • Please have alternate dates or times in mind whenever possible in the event that a table is not available at the date/time of your choosing.
  • Employers are allowed to reserve three information table visits per semester.

To request an Information Table, please complete the Information Table Request Form.
