Employer Services

The Career Development Center invites employers in the Chicago area and beyond to take advantage of the services listed on this page.

Job & Internship Postings on RamblerLink
Jobs, internships and other opportunities are managed in RamblerLink, Loyola’s career management system. By creating a RamblerLink account, employers are able to provide current company and contact information and post and manage positions (including volunteer and service-work, work-study, internships, part-time and full-time positions, etc.) that Loyola students and alumni can view and apply for. Employers are also able to utilize RamblerLink for various recruitment activities such as setting up On-Campus Recruitment (OCR), requesting information sessions and registering for upcoming Loyola career fairs.

There is no charge to post and manage your own job, internship and volunteer opportunities in RamblerLink. Please review our Recruitment Policies before posting positions. If you have any questions about RamblerLink, posting your positions or recruiting at Loyola, please contact us at careercenter@luc.edu or 773-508-7716.

Career Events
The Career Development Center sponsors and co-sponsors a number of events and workshops each year where employers are able to meet qualified students and graduates interested in volunteer, service-work, work-study, internships, part-time and full-time positions. Employers may view and register for upcoming events from their RamblerLink account or by selecting Loyola Career Fairs under the Events dropdown.

On-Campus Recruiting (OCR), Information Sessions & Information Tables
Are you looking for undergraduate/graduate students or recent alumni seeking job, internship and volunteer opportunities? Participating in Loyola University’s On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Program, Information Sessions or Information Tables is a great way for employers to recruit and conduct interviews in their respective fields at both the Lake Shore and Water Tower Campus.

Our fall recruiting season begins in early September and continues through mid-November. Recruiting in the spring begins in late January and continues through mid-April. There are no fees to participate, but employers must have an approved RamblerLink account. Due to the amount of preparation involved, requests for on-campus recruiting and information sessions must be made at least three weeks before the requested date.

Requesting OCR/Information Session
On-Campus Recruiting and Information Sessions are offered to employers who are interested in connecting with Loyola students to recruit for full-time job and internship opportunities. An information session can be linked to your on-campus recruiting date, or you can schedule a session separately. If you would like to set up OCR, an Information Session or would like more information about the program, please contact Marty Gahbauer, Assistant Director Employer Relations & Recruiting, at mgahbauer@luc.edu or 773-508-2895.

Requesting an Information Table
Information Tables are another option for employers who are interested in recruiting for part-time, full-time job, volunteer and internship opportunities. If you would like to set up an information table at Loyola, please complete the following form to reserve your space. Tables are located in various locations on both the Lake Shore and Water Tower campus. Space and time availability is limited, so reserve your space early. Please see below for the following regulations regarding table reservations.

To request an Information Table, please complete the Information Table Request Form
