Your Profile
- Login to RamblerLink
- Complete all of your Profile screens.
Note: It is your responsibility to keep your Profile up-to-date. Please review it periodically to make sure all information is current.
Upload Your Resume and Other Documents
- Select Documents tab on the navigation bar
- Click Add New
- In the label field, enter a meaningful resume name, such as JDoe Resume, JDoe Employer (for a cover letter), etc.
- Select the type of document
- Browse for the document
- Click submit If you document is in Word format, it will take RamblerLink a while to convert it to PDF.
Searching for Federal Work Study or Other On-Campus Student Positions in RamblerLink
- Select Jobs on the navigation bar, then RamblerLink Jobs
- In the Position Type field, select On Campus Part-Time Student Employment (FWS or nonFWS)
- Scroll to bottom of the screen for results
- Click on a job to view the description and application method
Searching for Community-Based Federal Work Study Positions
- Select Jobs on the navigation bar, then RamblerLink Jobs
- In the Position Type field, select Community-Based Federal Work Study
- Scroll to bottom of the screen for results
- Click on a job to view the description and application method
Download and Complete the Temporary Part-Time Employment Application Form
Some Loyola departments will ask you to complete and submit the Loyola Temporary Part-Time Employment form as part of their application process. The form may be downloaded from

Documents Needed To Complete Hiring Process Once You Have Secured a Job
Please note that original employment eligibility documents will need to be presented upon hire (no copies or fax copies of documents will be accepted). Please review the list of accepted documents found in the Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) Form, on the following link: http://www.luc.edu/hr/forms_newemp.shtml
