The person who receives this award has demonstrated considerable care towards the individuals (co-workers or customers) he/she serves at work. The award is named for Fr. Pedro Arrupe, S.J. a Jesuit priest who created the phrase “person for others.”
  • The Cura Apostolica Award:  This award, also known as Person for the Institution Award, is named after another common Jesuit reference.  It refers to the apostolic care with which the superior devotes himself to taking care of and preserving the institution. The person who receives this award has demonstrated considerable care in his/her work tasks, commitment and attitude in promoting, developing and supporting the organization or institution where he/she is employed.
  • The Ignation Spirit Award: This award is also known as the Staff or Team Spirit Award.  It is given to the team or staff of employees who work with the passion and dedication as if they live each day to “go forth and set the world on fire.”
