Orientation Topic #1: Understanding Your Work-Study Award: What, Where and How!

You received a work-study award...now what? Join us for an interactive information session all about work-study at Loyola. Learn about the ins and outs of Federal Work Study including: Where can I get a work-study job; How do I get a work-study job? What do you mean I can use it off campus? Do I have enough money? If I don't use it, do I lose it? And so much more! This is great information to have before the job fair so you can plan your job search!

Whether you're thinking of getting a part-time job, need to find an internship or service-learning site, or just need help constructing your first resume (which you need to get to started for all of these things), the Career Development Center can help you! This "power" session will walk you through how to use RamblerLink and give you an overview of the Career Development Center's services and programs including Job Fairs, Student Employment, and Advising! Join us for this "can't miss" hour of critical information!
