The Mission

The Center is designed to assemble, customize and deliver education and talent management solutions to Catholic health leaders, health systems and patient care centers.  The Center mitigates the challenges these organizations face in creating and administering effective talent management programs by creating a single point of visibility and access to best-in-class content that is focused on the unique needs of Catholic health care.

Healthcare Leadership Programs

The Center offers a comprehensive portfolio of certificates, degrees, and executive education services for health care organizations of all sizes in all stages of their workforce development strategy.  This portfolio includes programs suited to the full array of leadership levels form the front-line caregiver to the Executive Suite and the Board Room.  These programs are ideal for all mission-driven healthcare organizations and offer specialized expertise in the unique needs of Catholic healthcare organizations.  Should an organization need support in assessing internal learning and development needs and developing a strategy to address gaps, the Center's experts can offer consulting services to provide such assistance.

Flexible Delivery Models

These programs typically utilize a variety of delivery formats including online, on-site (facility, hospital-based), hybrid, destination programs and campus-based. Campus programs will be easily accessible in Chicago where participants can enjoy all the amenities that a world-class, cosmopolitan city can offer.  Some programs may be customizable for a single organization and other may include participants from a variety of organizations.
