Dr. Nicholas P. Cafardi is one of America’s leading experts in Canon Law. He served three years on the Board of Governors of the Canon Law Society of America and is currently a member of the national Council of Catholic Bishops’ Review Board for the Protection of Children and Youth. He also chaired the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Commission on Race and Gender Bias in the Judicial System.
