Java Upgrade - Serena Collage is not compatible with Java Update
28 and above. If you have recently updated to Java 6 Update 29, you will need to
un-install/remove Update 29, and then install Java 6 Update 27, 32-bit.
To determine the Java version on your computer, right-click on the Java icon
 on your task bar, then choose
About Java. The version and update number should appear on the pop-up
window. You may use the Start > Control Panel > Programs feature to both
remove and add a program.
After uninstalling Java 6 Updated
29, you may download update 27 from the link below, and then open the file
to begin the installation process.
Download Java 6 Update 27.
Security Warning - After logging in you may receive the following notice:
"Warning - Security: The application's digital signature has an error. Do
you want to run the application? Name NebServAPI, Publisher Serena Software
Inc., from http://cms.is-svr.luc.edu."
-If you receive this warning, please check the box "Always trust
content from this publisher" and click Run.
Please note: Serena Collage is currently not compatible with Internet Explorer 8.0. Please use a version of I.E. 7 or
earlier.
