Below is information on the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing commencement ceremony from 2012. Information will be updated about the 2013 ceremony as it comes in.

Commencement Registration

Graduates will receive an e-mail sent directly to their LUC account from commencement@luc.edu with instructions for confirming attendance to the commencement ceremony. You must check your Loyola e-mail account and complete this on-line verification.

Academic Apparel

Candidates who plan to participate in Commencement must wear academic regalia purchased through the Grad Fair or the University Bookstore.

Graduate Instructions – Day of Ceremony

Graduates attending the ceremony should arrive no later than 2:15 p.m. at the CFSU Rambler Room. Check-in with University staff to receive your name/seating card. Keep this card with you at all times not only to identify your assigned seat but for the reading of your name onstage. You are to be seated in Gentile no later than 2:45 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m.

Purses and other items should be given to someone in your guest party to hold during the ceremony, since there will be no area to store these items nor will you return to the same seat after crossing the stage.

Tickets

Tickets are not required for admission. Seating is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets are also not required for parking.
