Continuum Welcomes Water Tower Campus Community

Loyola Neighborhood News: Water Tower Campus - V3, I1

On Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011 at 6 p.m., the Department of Community Relations and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies will host the annual Continuum Open House at the School of Communication building located at 51 E Pearson.  Continuum is one of many programs housed in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies with a focus on non-credit courses that meet the interest and demand of an adult life-long learner.

For the past three years the Open House has been hosted at Loyola’s Lake Shore campus.  In an effort to deepen our relationship with the Water Tower community the Open House will be hosted downtown and open to the public.  During this reception style evening event, guests will enjoy food or wine tastings, special course discounts, and learn about the array of courses offered through Continuum.

Highlighted in this year’s Continuum program are Spanish Wines and Tapas, The Real China Challenge, and Demystifying Life Insurance, Disability Income Insurance, and Annuities.  Other fun classes include photography, literature, and environmental studies topics.

If learning more about Loyola and Contiuum is of interest to you, then please save the date. Visit LUC.edu/continuum to learn more about this year’s Open House.
