At Your Service Desks:

At Your Service desks are located on the first floor of Baumhart, Regis and Simpson Halls and are staffed daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm providing check-in, check-out, message and information services.  Between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am a Universtiy security officer staffs the desk with conference staff on call for emergencies.  We'd be happy to help you make a reservation for dinner, transportation or give sight-seeing suggestions.  Please stop by the desk or call:
