With two unique Chicago campuses, beautiful venues, on-premise catering, and a full range of audiovisual services, Loyola Conference Services is a premier meeting and conference facility. We offer Rambler, Ignatius, and Loyola Day Meeting Packages as well as the option to add housing to any package.

Please Note
- Must have a minimum of 40 people for the day meeting package rates.
- All day meeting pricing is inclusive of appropriate taxes and charges.
- Your meeting package breaks may be combined with another group in a convenient location to your main meeting space.
- Overnight accommodations are available Mid-May through early August at Lake Shore Campus and year round at Water Tower Campus.
- A 16.4% lodging tax will be applied to housing rates.
- Breakfast is served between 7:30-9:30 a.m.; it will be set-up 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. You have your choice of several Continental options through Loyola Catering or our Dining Halls.
- A.M. Break is served between 10–11:30 a.m.
- Lunch is served between 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.. You have your choice of several lunch options through Loyola Catering or our Dining Halls.
- P.M. Break is served from 2–3:30 p.m.; all food will be picked up after 4 p.m.
Additional Amenities Are Also Available
- On-Site Attendant: $25/hour.
- Parking (Lake Shore Only): $7/car.
- Flexible Dinner dining options are available for an additional fee as well as meal upgrades to the day meeting package.
- Daily Maid Service: $25/day/guest.
- Televisions (Water Tower Only): $25/day.
