University Core: Overview - Part 4
Part 4: How do these requirements come together?

The three different areas of requirements for your University education need not be exclusive of one another.
Throughout your career at Loyola, you will find there are many avenues toward learning. Often, you will find that some of these requirements will overlap each other.
Your University curriculum incorporates all three areas into a broader education plan. Courses taken for your major will be able to satisfy requirements in the University Core. Similarly, School Requirements may be incorporated into courses taken for your Core or your major.
As you investigate the University Core further, please be sure to look at several useful tools that will help you plan your University education. See which University Core Requirements you can satisfy simply by completing the requirements for your major in the Core and Your Major section.
