Chicagoland Partners for English Language Learners

Partner Programs

The CPELL teams works with its district partners to provide quality instruction and services to its multilingual, multicultural students and their parents.  In order to achieve this, the CPELL program provides support on three levels: professional development for teachers, administrative support, and parental support programming.

CPELL utilizes an iterative process to continually assess and analyze data to inform services provided. This process helps to build capacity within the partner districts, allowing for an organic organization that can respond quickly and appropriately to individual need, creating systemic change for on-going student growth.
