Administrative Support

Based on a district needs assessment and student achievement data, administrative support involves reviewing district program models to ensure alignment with district goals and missions, building communication systems to increase the likelihood that stakeholders understand the array of ELL programs offered in each district, reviewing and addressing school improvement plans by processing issues that relate to ELL programs and students, and reviewing and addressing systemic issues as they relate to the distribution of services to ELL students. This support is provided by Dr. Marla Israel. Dr. Israel also works with administrators and faculty to facilitate school board presentations and task forces focusing on ELL programmatic issues and student achievement.
