Adam Tarnoff began working in the Center in February 2007 after almost two years as the Provost's Specialist for Learning Technologies and Assessment.

Adam is an education design researcher specializing in the application of cutting edge research on pedagogy and learning theory to the design of formal and informal learning environments. His primary expertise is in building and managing interdisciplinary design teams, and his research interest is the integration of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in a variety of learning contexts.

Before coming to Loyola, Adam worked for the NASA-sponsored Classroom of the Future where he served as a Design Researcher and as the Principal Investigator for the NASA Science Mission Directorate's Mid-Atlantic Region Space Science Broker/Facilitator (MARSSB) program.
