Master Degree in Science Education
Loyola University Chicago is proud to present a Master's Degree designed to address the national need for more highly qualified instructors of science. Housed within Loyola's School of Education, the program represents a cooperative effort between the Center for Science and Math Education, several science departments within the College of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Education.
The program consists of 12 courses that will provide all candiates with a breadth and depth of both scientific content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge to prepare them to be superb teachers of middle school science.
