AP Institute

For several summers, Loyola has offered a series of Advanced Placement (AP) workshops as part of our summer AP Institute. Last summer, almost 200 high school teachers from around the nation (along with a few international teachers) attended our week long institutes in Biology, Chemistry, Calculus, Physics and Statistics. We are also providing content review sessions for teachers wishing an intensive review of the content area prior to the AP workshop.

The Summer 2005 Advanced Placement Institute will be conducted on Loyola's Lakeshore Campus in Chicago, Illinois, July 9-13 and 16-20, 2007. This Institute will provide participants with the experiences necessary to successfully teach an advanced placement course in their discipline. Each workshop has been developed in cooperation with and endorsed by the Midwest Regional Office of The College Board.
