Illinois Statewide Technical Assistance Center (ISTAC)

Funded by the Illinois State Board of Education, the Illinois Statewide Technical Assistance Network (IS-TAC) provides outreach to students whose behavior impedes their ability to learn. A unique feature of this approach to supporting staff and families is the ability to use data in decision making.

The Illinois State Technical Assistance Center  serves over 500 schools in the state of Illinois. CSEIT provided support for the evaluation of technical assistance for:

  • The Illinois Positive Behavior Support Network (IL-PBIS)
  • Project CHOICES
  • The Illinois Autism Network
  • The Illinois Service Resource Center (ISRC)
  • Project REACH
  • Parents Project
  • Transitions Project
