Equipment Loan

Classroom Technology Support (CTS) allows Loyola faculty and staff to check out i>clicker instructor kits for academic purposes. Visit the Make a Reservation page to reserve available equipment and schedule a pick-up time. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up. Those holding a Lake Shore Campus reservation can pick-up equipment in the Granada Center 240; those holding a Water Tower Campus reservation can pick-up equipment in the Corboy Law Center 731. You must bring your Loyola ID with you.

Most electronic spaces are equipped with all necessary presentation technology. However, CTS does maintain a small pool of add-on equipment for classrooms and other learning spaces as needed. Equipment is limited to microphones (larger venues and speciality classrooms only), overhead projectors, document cameras, Polycom conference phones, and DVD/VHS players. You can make a request by contacting the Help Desk at ext. 8-4ITS or helpdesk@luc.edu.

Digital Media Services

Digital Media Services operates a Digital Media Lab (DML) on each of the lakside campuses. The DML at LSC is located on the second floor of the Information Commons (IC 207). The DML at WTC recently opened its doors to the university community and is located on the sixth floor of the Corboy Law Center (CLC 608). Both locations offer a wide array of equipment available for check out to all Loyola faculty, staff, and students.
