Curriculum

The Corporate Practice Certificate curriculum includes 12 required courses. Each course carries 2 semester hours of credit, for a total of 24 semester hours.

Cohort Course Schedule

Students will attend the 12 required courses in the Corporate Practice Certificate curriculum as a cohort group for six 8-week sessions. Two courses will be offered each session. The Cohort Schedule sets out the proposed schedule for each cohort.

Classes will meet primarily at the Cuneo Mansion on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. PLST 345 Law Office Computer Applications and PLST 367 E-Discovery & Litigation Support Technology will be taught in computer classrooms at the University Center of Lake County in Grayslake.

PLST 332 Legal Research & Writing I and PLST 333 Legal Research & Writing II will each have one Saturday class meeting at the Loyola Law Library on the Water Tower Campus.

At least one of these courses (PLST 335 Legal Ethics) will be taught partially or fully online. Further information on additional blended or online courses will be provided when available.
