Overview:
A participatory evaluation process was used by PRIDE to address property management issues and the quality of life for PRIDE's tenants. The report focused on indicators such as frequency and types of repairs, the speed of repairs, and entry captains' perceptions of quality of and satisfaction with maintenance of buildings.
Outcome:
A report, "The Role of Property Management of PRIDE in Improving the Life of Their Tenants: A participatory Evaluation Approach," was completed.
