Overview:

The Bridges to Latino Health conference will outline the barriers facing Latino community access to health care and facilitate discussion of effective means to address these concerns. This conference is a two-day dialogue among the academic and health care communities and those affected by the failed policies of the past. This dialogue aims at partnerships that empower each community to bring about change. CURL is assisting with the conference by putting together a series of video-taped vignettes of interviews with Latino community members on the challenges they face in accessing health care and possible solutions to those barriers.
