Overview:
With support from the Chicago Community Trust, Loyola University's Center for Urban Research Learning (CURL) staff and Catholic Charities staff have embarked on a partnership to conduct a strategic planning process to determine whether four Catholic Charities Early Childhood Development Centers (ECDC) can be transformed into full service community centers.
