Overview:

Build the management capacity of nine agency-sponsored childcare programs to sustain high quality childcare programming. This program is funded by the McCormick-Tribune Foundation.

Anticipated Outcome:

A report that displays the comprehensive plans developed by the ten agency-sponsored child care programs aimed at increasing their management capacity to recruit, train, and retain high quality directors and teachers, thereby sustaining high quality childcare programming.
